Dim Sum (part 1)

Dim Sum (点心) literally means little bits of heart.  They traditionally come in bamboo steamers with all types of sweet and savory foods.  You get filled with little bits of heart every time you eat dim sum.

Steamed Shrimp Dumpling (虾饺)
Steamed Shu Mai (烧卖)
Steamed Sweet Rice in Lotus Leaves (糯米鸡)
Fried Taro Dumpling (芋头饺)
Shrimp Rice Noodle Crepe (虾肠粉)
Beef Noodle Crepe (牛肠粉)
Roast Pork Buns (叉烧包)
Egg custard tart (蛋挞)
